	Marc, just wanted to send a note to let you know that one of your install crews was at our home today -- they installed a new furnace, hot water heater, electronic air conditioner and 3-sided fireplace...oh and we had an oil furnace, tank and hot water heater removed. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of work and quite surprised that it was completed in one day. They didn't even stop for lunch or dinner! They cleaned up everything, showed us how to operate everything (we especially like the new thermostat) and they were very pleasant.
